Oral Appliance to Stop Snoring
Oral appliances have been used in the market for reducing snoring and makes the person have a peaceful sleep. This has been used to arrest snoring caused by the improper positioning of body during sleep.It may be due to the poor alignment of the jaw.The principle behind this appliance is that,air is pushed into the nose and mouth when a person is in deep sleep.

A dentist should be consulted and the oral appliance according to the person’s jaw will be fixed.A mould that is made according to the person’s mouth determines if the jaw is not properly aligned.

Oxygen mask is used as the other oral appliance and it is fitted to nose and mouth.This is connected to a machine which pushes air to nose thereby enhancing the inhalation process through the nose. Therefore snoring is reduced. This kind of oxygen maska are used by persons suffering from Obstructive sleep apnea where the person suffer from abnormal limb movements and sudden struggle for next breath. These people need to use this regularly and stop using it only after doctor’s advice.
