Is Heart Disease related to Snoring
February 6th, 2009Recent studies show that snoring causes lots of problems regarded to heart like diabetes and smoking. The problems occurring during sleep or interruptions during sleep is the result of snoring which cause small disrupting in inhalation leading to deprivation of oxygen.This in turn produces stress on heart. Snoring causes the interruptions in the sleep leading to frequent fluctuations during sleep and makes the heart to put more effort.
Since oxygen get reduced during snoring heart muscles get tighten up and pumping becomes difficult. Advanced stage of snoring includes loud noise due to snoring, sleepiness, breathing struggles etc. These are symptoms of sleep apnea.
This leads to hypertension and thereby causes heart problems.
Thus if snoring is curbed there is a way of stopping any heart disease.
